From Cruz Bay, pass Paradise Lumber and a small dirt road on the left, then go down the next driveway on the left. Behind the house on the right is a huge lawn where the screen is set up. Race for a Reason: 13th Annual Beach-To- Beach Power Swim

Maho Beach, Cinnamon Beach, Trunk Beach, and Hawksnest Beach, St. John Join Race for a Reason and support the "Learn to Swim" Program in the Virgin Islands National Park, along with 24 other projects and programs that preserve, protect, and educate in our Park. Swim a short course from Maho Beach to Cinnamon Beach (1-mile); intermediate course from Maho Beach to Trunk Beach (2 ¼ miles); or the long course from Maho Beach to Hawksnest Beach (3 ½ miles). Swimmers can also compete in the long course as part of a 3-person relay team from Maho Beach to Hawksnest Beach, with transition points at Cinnamon and Trunk Beaches.
