Our award-winning menu was inspired by the home-cooked Greek meals that Peter’s mother & grandmother prepared for him as a child. As with many of these recipes, nothing was written. Instead they were handed down with a pinch of this & a dash of that. His chefs work with Peter to recreate them complete with favorites like dolmades (stuffed grape leaves), souvlaki, authentic Greek gyros & mousake.
