Combining her love for the ocean with a passion for music, food and wine, Captain Emily Weston, a marine biologist and dive instructor, has brought a unique venue to St. Croix–Lyric Sails! On her boat “Jolly Mon,” a 63ft custom-built, former racing catamaran, she and her amazing crew host sunset and moonlight sails with live music by local and visiting musicians, Thurs-Sun, out of beautiful Frederiksted. Also look for special events such as “Wine on the Water”–a 6-course wine and food pairing dinner, Reggae night and Spanish night. Each sail features catered appetizers, rum punch and an on-board bar.
